Monday after school I got to go to the Boulder Humane Society and meet Nemo, a Pitbull/Shih Tzu mix puppy (yes, you read that right!). He was black and had parvo, which I learned is a disease that attacks the intestine of dogs and can even kill them. He was so cute and cuddly, and when my Mom said we could adopt him I was so excited I looked like this:
I am so excited to have my very own puppy to raise, and proud to say he is a Pitbull mix puppy. I think he's going to look pretty Pitbull like when he's all grown and I'm happy about that! I'm also glad I get to say that I took on the challenge that the Be the Change committe from BlogPaws issued at the Denver conference recently. I am the change!
I will keep updating everyone about how he is doing, and I can already tell he is one smart puppy!
